With an average of 326 days of sunlight per year Cyprus is the ideal location to guarantee some sun and warmth the majority of the year round (for more information on the weather at certain times of year see the 'weather' tab). I can honestly say I haven't yet been out there and had a grey weather day yet!
Having previously been under British rule for a number of decades the Cypriots also drive on the 'correct' side of the road and English is also spoken by most so don't worry if you Greek isn't too great.

Cyprus has an excellent balance of sandy beaches, clear blue sea, mountains (skiing at certain times of the year is possible), historical/cultural sites and activities whether this includes diving, kitesurfing, quadbiking, walking or cycling.

The property itself is a home away from home for us and a base to explore the best part of Cyprus, and we hope that it will also become one for our guests in the years to come.
